This is an embodiment practice that will help you release what you no longer need, to make space and help you to tune into a higher reality.

Breathwork is a life-changing tool that is naturally available to you.

The breath releases stress from the body on a cellular level, helping you to detox the body emotionally and physically. 

This liberating practice allows you to access your subconscious mind, giving you the ability to discover, see, understand, feel and transform your thoughts, limiting beliefs, past experiences, trauma and emotions. The breath gives you the ability to see what you still hold on to and release what no longer serves you, in order to receive what you truly deserve!

The Journey: You will be laying down on a mat, have a blanket + journal ready if you can. 

Try not to eat 1/2hours prio. Drink lots of water after.

-Through entering a heightened state of consciousness, you will be guided to identify the blocks/emotions that are no longer serving you and let them go using your breath. 

-Transmuting any lower feelings or stuck emotions in your body into higher feelings of joy & bliss. 

-We will be clearing the old to make space for the new to find you.

-Once you are free from these stagnant energies you will begin to tune into the energy of your future self and return back feeling embodied into that new version of yourself.

You will leave feeling completely realigned and in tune with who you really are.
 

Now that you have let go of what you no longer need, you will be recreating a new identiy through visualised meditation, vision boards,  journaling and prompt writting.

You will participate in an Authenticity Workshop Journey, where you will implement new habits and strategies that are more in alignment with the new version of you and you be given high vibrational 'hacks' that allow you to operate and lead from your most elevated frequency.

Now it is time for you to anchor in the feelings of your new embodied identity and learn how you can call in and create your reality alongside everything that you wish for, using the power of your sexual and life force energy.

We will discuss feminine vs masculine principles, how to lead from the feminine and the heart vs the mind, prioritizing yourself, pouring from a full cup, the power of your sexual energy in business and living a 'turned on life.'
